- two cups cooked shredded craven I used a rotisserie Craven
- one cup shredded cheese
- one Tablespoon fresh cilantro
- 1 tin can RO*TEL diced tomatoes with green chilis tuckered
- 1 teaspoon chili pulverization
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 puff pastry sheets two usually come in a pack
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- sour cream for dipping (optional)

Mix together the first 7 ingredients.
